Products and Services Offered: RTOS based Embedded Electronics Product Design &  
Development, Cloud Software Services & Custom-Built Integration for Industrial Automation and  
Automotive Charger products, customized as per technical requirements. Hardware consisting of  
32--bit MCU with network peripherals, like Serial port, USB Host & OTG, Ethernet LAN port, WiFi  
802.11ac, SSD Flash Storage and various interfacing ports for attaching Camera, CAN controller,  
TFT LCD HMI, interfaced with Environmental Sensors to provide information on safe-working  
conditions of equipment, personnel and environment.  
Services associated with the equipment  
consist of regular checkups of the system’s  
functioning, including the site hardware  
and Cloud Servers and their regular upkeep  
and maintenance. This is covered under  
Annual Maintenance Contract for all the  
customers.  
The data collected by the MCU from all the  
peripherals is converted to MQTT format  
and sent in encrypted packets over Internet  
to Cloud Server/s for storage and  
presentation. The customer / client can  
login remotely into the Cloud Server from  
any location and check the data and  
working state of their equipment.  
Alarms are sent by the hardware, on  
detection of any anomaly in the machine at  
site, over SMS or as Email to the concerned  
user for immediate action. A prototype of  
this complete system is ready and can be  
demonstrated.
